To support our continued growth Procuman procurement software has now added Amazon Virtual Private Cloud servers that provide high performance with 7-day rotating backups. Customers will enjoy dedicated URLs for their hosted ProcuMan software, such as https://customername.procuman.net. Customer domains at procuman.net will continue to work even if procuman.com domain becomes unresponsive.

New Servers Deployed

To support our continued growth we have recently deployed new set of servers at Strato-computing center in Germany. Now we can provide faster response times and improved user experience for all of our customers. Also Strato servers provide full daily backups and fast recovery services to guarantee that your data is safe and available at all times.

Bring Your Own Server

ProcuMan procurement software has introduced new service for customers who wish to use their own in-house server. The new "Bring Your Own Server" product allows customers to use company's own IT infrastructure and security. The in-house hosted ProcuMan software provides the exact same functionalities as software hosted by ProcuMan.

Data Backups and Data Exports

ProcuMan team is often asked how customer data is backed up and how disaster recovery is organized.

Each customer is hosted on a dedicated webhosting account and each customer has its own SuiteCRM installation. Complete hosting accounts are backed up nightly offsite and can be restored within 24 hours.

Customer can also export data to an Excel file (CSV) from the application by using the Export functionality in each module's list view. Also all Reports can be downloaded as Excel files (CSV).

New features for ProcuMan Software

ProcuMan procurement software has been revised again with new features introduced last month.

• eTendering has now been made available for all customer. You can now send RFQ invitations for all participating vendors directly from the RFX module. Suppliers will receive an email including an URL to access the quote submission page. Submitted quotes are then automaticly saved as RFQ answers for the tender.
• In Purchase Requests a new action button "Create PO" has been added which allows the creation of Purchase Order directly out of the request record
