Each customer is hosted on a dedicated webhosting account and each customer has its own SuiteCRM installation. Complete hosting accounts are backed up nightly offsite and can be restored within 24 hours.
Customer can also export data to an Excel file (CSV) from the application by using the Export functionality in each module's list view. Also all Reports can be downloaded as Excel files (CSV).
